I provide Agile Scrum coaching and consultation for tech companies. I specialize in introducing Agile best practices to new teams adopting Agile Scrum or Kanban. I have driven Agile adoption and setup of Agile practices for multiple teams for corporate clients like Nike and startups like Smarsh.

I have also conducted multiple Agile workshops for tech associations like Women Who Code & PDX-WIT with over 50 participants. Last year, I presented at the Support Driven conference in July 2018 in Portland to help support teams embrace Agile adoption.
